Draft for legal review. This text is not final, and bracketed items are still to be decided.

Who these terms are between

These terms are an agreement between you and [SipScale legal entity name] ("SipScale", "we"). If you use SipScale for a company, you accept them for that company and confirm you are authorized to do so.

What SipScale is

SipScale is software that helps beverage producers organize company information, documents, brands and products, and review market and regulatory requirements.

SipScale provides information and organizational tools. It is not legal, tax or regulatory advice, and it does not file anything with an agency on your behalf. Requirements shown in SipScale may be incomplete or out of date; confirm them with the agency or a qualified advisor before relying on them.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly at [support email] if you believe your account has been used without permission.

Company owners and administrators decide who is invited to their company in SipScale and what each person can see and change.

Your content

You keep ownership of the information and documents you add to SipScale. You give us permission to store, process and display them only to run SipScale for you and your team, as described in the Privacy Policy.

You confirm you have the right to upload what you add, and that it does not break any law or anyone else's rights.

Acceptable use

Don't try to access another company's data, interfere with the service, get around access limits, or use SipScale for anything unlawful. [Further acceptable-use terms to be confirmed.]

Plans and fees

Plans and their limits are shown on the Plans page. During the Founding Beta there is no charge; the Founding Beta Agreement covers the beta. [Paid-plan billing terms to be added before paid plans launch.]

Ending use

You can stop using SipScale at any time. We may suspend or end access that breaks these terms. [Notice periods, data export and deletion after termination to be confirmed.]

Disclaimers and liability

[Warranty disclaimer, limitation of liability and indemnity to be provided by counsel.]

Changes and contact

When these terms change, we will show the new version in SipScale and ask you to accept it before you continue.

[Governing law and dispute resolution to be confirmed.] Questions: [support email].
